Long ago

Somewhere on a sandy beach,

A box was buried deep.

It was said to hold a heart of stone,

And tears she did not weep.

Though the tower was her own,

Her heart it did not reach,

Her head, and her head alone,

Which romance cannot teach.

No knight who dares search for it,

Can hope to ever find,

The heart of the lady when

It is not with her mind.
